• Operator account: login credentials, company name and professional information entered in the operator area.
• Claim and reporting forms: information voluntarily submitted to claim a listing or report/add infrastructure, including contact details.
• Technical and audience measurement data: pages viewed, functional actions (opening the map, filters used, listings viewed, directions requested), and technical browser information.
• Geolocation: the device's approximate location, only when the user requests the “nearest station” or directions.

Geolocation is never enabled automatically: it requires explicit device or browser permission, which can be revoked at any time in its settings.

The location is used while calculating directions or finding the nearest infrastructure. By default, it is not retained long term when it is no longer needed for the service.

• Providing the map, search, listings and directions.
• Managing operator accounts and their infrastructure.
• Processing and moderating claims and reports.
• Measuring usage to improve the service and its reliability.
• Ensuring security and preventing abuse.

Depending on the circumstances, processing is based on providing the service requested by the user (account, directions, report), on Azurite Charge's legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the platform, and on consent where required (particularly for geolocation and any audience measurement that is not strictly necessary).

Data is accessible to the Azurite Charge team as needed, and to technical providers necessary for the service to operate (hosting, database and authentication, directions, audience measurement if enabled). No data is sold.

The list of technical providers may be provided on request or updated when necessary.

Data is kept for as long as needed for the purposes described: account data while the account is active, claims and reports while they are processed and the relevant listing is followed up, and audience measurement data for a limited time. No specific statutory retention period is asserted here.

Access to data is restricted through authentication and database-level authorisation rules. Data exchanges are encrypted in transit.
