Terms of use
Last updated: 10 September 2026
Purpose
These terms govern access to and use of the platform Azurite Charge, published by AZURITE SOLUTIONS SAS. Using the service implies acceptance of these terms.
How the platform works
Azurite Charge lists electric car charging infrastructure, electric motorcycle charging points and battery swap stations, and provides a map, detailed listings, filters and integrated directions.
Driver access
Drivers can browse the map and listings freely and at no cost, without creating an account.
Operator accounts
Operators may create an account to manage their infrastructure. They are responsible for keeping their login details confidential and for the accuracy of published information, which they agree to keep up to date.
Infrastructure data and live status
The information shown is listing data, separate from real-time status. Without a connection to an operator API or an OCPP protocol, availability is shown as unknown and is not guaranteed.
Claiming a listing
An operator may claim an existing listing. The request is reviewed manually, and infrastructure is linked to an account only after approval by Azurite Charge.
Contributions and reports
Users can report an error or suggest infrastructure. Contributions undergo moderation before publication. Clearly false, promotional or unlawful content is rejected.
Directions and geolocation
Directions are calculated within Azurite Charge using the location the user agrees to share. Suggested routes are indicative: users remain solely responsible for their driving and compliance with traffic rules.
Prohibited behaviour
- Publishing deliberately false or misleading information.
- Claiming infrastructure that you do not operate.
- Extracting platform data in bulk or automatically.
- Attempting to disrupt, bypass or compromise the service's security.
Liability
Azurite Charge provides the service as is, without any guarantee of continuous availability or complete data accuracy, and cannot be held liable for the consequences of travel based on published information.
Intellectual property
The platform, its interface and its database remain the publisher's property. Content submitted by an operator or contributor remains theirs, and they authorise its publication on the platform.
Account suspension
An account may be suspended or deleted for breaching these terms, particularly for repeatedly publishing inaccurate data or making abusive claims.
Changes to the service
The service evolves regularly: features may be added, changed or removed, and these terms may be updated.
Applicable law and contact
These terms are governed by the law in force in the Republic of Bénin. Contact: contact@azurite-solutions.io.
